EURES (European Jobs Network)
Eures (European Jobs Network) is a network of cooperation among the European Commission and the public employment services of the member states that has a function of facilitating the information regarding employment opportunities and living and working conditions in the European Economic Area.
The Cross-border Eures Service is defined within the Eures network, with the objective of satisfying the needs for information related to the border mobility of workers and business owners.
There are twenty Cross-border Eures in the entire Europe.

The EURES services for job-seeking persons and employers include:
Linking job offers to CVs on the EURES portal; Information and orientation services and other services of assistance to workers and employers; Access to the information regarding living and working conditions in the EU member states, such as taxation, pensions, health insurance and social security; Specific services of assistance to cross-border workers and employers in cross-border regions; Assistance to specific groups in the context of EURES specific professional mobility programmes, such as «Your first job EURES» and «Reactivate»; Drop’pin@EURES is an area in which the companies and organisations can promote and publish their opportunities for the European youth, developed in order to help them make their first steps on the labour market; Assistance in dynamic recruitment events through the (online) platform of the European Employment Days; Information and access to the post-recruitment assistance, such as linguistic training and assistance and onboarding in the destination country
